Adopt an Airplane Component (AAC)

Helping Us Complete Our New Plane

We are a non-profit organization that operates strictly based on financial donations and the hard work and dedication of our volunteers.  The TAFM is currently building our third RV-12 aircraft.  After two years of building, we successfully sold our previous plane in September to a pilot from New Mexico.

How exciting to think that the work of our kids here in Sarasota is providing a fellow aviator an opportunity to cruise the skies all the way in the western US!

Unfortunately, the proceeds from the sale of this aircraft is not sufficient to cover all the TAFM maintenance and operation costs (e.g., hanger space, tools, supplies), as well as the airplane kits for our new aircraft.

If you would like to adopt a part of our new plane or help offset some operation costs, please consider our Adopt an Airplane Component (AAC) program.  Below is a list of our needs.  You can contact us to learn more or send a check to the following address.

1. Make check payable to “Teen Aircraft Factory of Manasota, Inc.".

2. On the memo line of the check, please indicate AAC + the component you are adopting.

3. Mail your check to:
